AI Developer – Custom LLM & Chatbot Solutions

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in custom LLM development and intelligent chatbot creation . The ideal candidate should have worked extensively over the last 23 years on designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-powered applications, particularly chatbots for enterprise use cases. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom LLM-based chatbots for enterprise and domain-specific use cases
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma, Falcon, etc.) using domain-specific datasets
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
• Integrate chatbots with structured and unstructured data sources (databases, PDFs, APIs, internal systems)
• Optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and inference performance
• Deploy models using Ollama, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex , or similar frameworks
• Ensure data security, access control, and responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to integrate AI services into web and mobile apps
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve response quality
• Document architecture, workflows, and model behavior for maintainability

• 23 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on LLMs and chatbots
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Practical experience with custom LLM training, fine-tuning, and inference
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and token optimization
• Experience deploying models locally or on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration

• Experience with insurance, wealth management enterprise domains
• Knowledge of GPU-based inference and optimization
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps pipelines
• Familiarity with speech-to-text / text-to-speech integrations
• Exposure to security and compliance requirements in AI systems

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science , or related fields
