What Youll Work On

Youll be embedded with the core AI & platform team, working on:

• Voice AI pipelines (ASR NLP Decisioning TTS)
• Data preparation, labeling strategies & feature engineering
• Training and fine-tuning ML / LLM / speech models
• Model evaluation, latency optimization & accuracy tuning
• Experimentation with multilingual & domain-specific datasets
• Supporting real-time AI orchestration and inference workflows
• Debugging production issues alongside senior engineers

This is systems-level AI, not toy projects.Who Were Looking For

• Final year students or recent graduates in:
• Data Science
• AI / ML
• Computer Science
• Applied Mathematics / Statistics
• Strong fundamentals in:
• Python
• ML concepts (supervised / unsupervised / deep learning)
• Data handling (Pandas, NumPy, SQL basics)
• Exposure to any of the following is a big plus:
• PyTorch / TensorFlow
• NLP / Speech / Audio processing
• LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings
• MLOps, inference optimization, APIs
• Curious, fast learner, not afraid of complex systems
