AI Creative Visual Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strongAI Creative Visual Designerwho understands prompting at a deep level and can createbrand-quality, campaign-ready visualsusing generative AI tools.

This is not a basic prompt operator role.

We are looking for someone who thinks like anArt Directorand executes like aCreative Technologist.

You will work closely with marketing and brand teams to conceptualize and produce high-end AI-powered visuals for campaigns, digital ads, product storytelling, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development

• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts
• Develop mood boards and visual directions
• Create campaign-ready imagery aligned with brand identity
• Maintain visual consistency across projects

Advanced Prompt Engineering

• Write structured, layered prompts for high-quality outputs
• Use advanced techniques: style control, negative prompts, weight control
• Iterate efficiently to achieve production-level results
• Build reusable prompt frameworks for ongoing campaigns

Generative AI Visual Creation

• Create high-end AI-generated images and short-form videos
• Develop product visuals, lifestyle imagery, and editorial-style creatives
• Ensure outputs meet performance marketing and branding standards

Post-Production & Refinement

• Strong Photoshop skills (compositing, retouching, artifact correction)
• Color grading and visual polishing
• Upscaling and preparing production-ready assets
• Ability to combine AI outputs with traditional design workflows

Innovation & Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with latest AI tools and techniques
• Experiment with new workflows and creative formats
• Contribute ideas to elevate brand storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25+ years in design, creative, or digital visual roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated brand-level work
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Midjourney / Stable Diffusion
• Adobe Firefly
• Runway or similar video AI tools
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, branding, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
