As an AI Conversation Auditor for our in-house conversational engine, ConvoZen, you will play a critical role in scaling the bots intelligence across multiple languages. Your primary responsibility will involve auditing real estate sales call transcripts in specific regional languages to evaluate conversational quality, objection-handling effectiveness, and adherence to defined SOPs.

Through structured analysis of these interactions, you will help identify gaps in dialogue flow, language-specific nuances, and response accuracy enabling continuous refinement of ConvoZens multilingual conversational capabilities. Your insights will directly contribute to enhancing the bots contextual understanding, improving automated response frameworks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement at scale.
