Brief: We are looking for Business Analyst with experience in translating business needs into effective AI/GenAI solutions, encompassing feasibility assessments. requirements documentation. and process optimization

Responsibilities:

• Collect and draft business requirements. Draft solution design document based on the business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders including, but not limited to, the mechanical design team, product quality team, field servicetechnicians, and embeddedsystems engineers to assesscurrent processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities where AI/GenAItechniques can drive improvements, and recommend tailored AI solutions to address specific business challenges
• Feasibility assessment of Al solutions in terms of resource productivity. revenue enhancement. Savings and efficiency improvement
• Document BRD including functional and non-functional requirements considering AI/GenAJ specific aspects
• Collaborate with AI solution architect to draft TO-BE technical architecture, and ensure solution is in alignment with business objectives
• Supporting AJ solution development team during production deployment. user acceptance testing and hypercare phases
• Driving proof-of-concept development tailored to business stakeholders specific use cases to uncover

new opportunities for stakeholder engagement and collaboration

• Work closely with development team and businessstakeholders to ensurecohesive development and deployment of Al solutions
• Prepare marketing artifacts such as case studies, collaterals

Must-have Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 7 years exp. OR Post Graduation (ME/M.Tech./MS/MBA) with minimum 5 years exp.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical principles including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, product quality assessment
• Proven experience as a business analystand deployment of Al/GenAI models,services-based solutions
• Expertise in platforms such as Azure/ AWS/ GCP and others
• Excellent in presenting technicalconcepts, explaining Al/GenAIsolution methodology. use cases etc. using compelling visual content during engaging with stakeholders
• Proficient with business documentation and using diagramming tools such as Visio, PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical development teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders

Good-to have Qualifications:

• Applying advanced AI/ML techniques to develop AI solutions in the field of mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with surrogate model fundamentals, Edge computing appliedto mechanical systemsand physics-informed machine learning
• Certification from leading providers like Microsoft. Google. IBM. AWS (e.g.. Azure Al Fundamentals. Azure Solutions Architect)
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environment
• Experience in creating and publishing whitepapers/ blogs/ registering for IP rights/patents
