Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Automation & Microsoft Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and support AI-powered automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a delivery-focused role requiring real-world implementation experience across AI agents, LLM integrations, automation workflows, analytics, and governance controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI tools (WorkIQ, Agent 365, Copilot)
• Implement and optimise automation workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude into operational processes
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services to support AI workloads and secure integrations
• Implement governance and data protection controls using Microsoft Purview (DLP)
• Support Microsoft 365 AI deployments and automation initiatives
• Use GitHub for source control and deployment workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Document architecture and implementation details

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI agents or AI-driven automation solutions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
• Professional experience using GitHub
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in AI, automation, cloud engineering, or related roles
• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI agents or AI-driven automation solutions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
• Professional experience using GitHub
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions independently
