About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain ai automation workflows using no-code and low-code tools. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who understands how the internet and APIs work and is eager to learn AI-driven automation in real-world business use cases.
You will work closely with our internal team to automate repetitive tasks, connect different tools, and support AI-powered workflows using platforms like n8n and Make (formerly Integromat).

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n and Make
Connect third-party tools using REST APIs

Work with:
o Webhooks
o API authentication (API keys, basic OAuth concepts)
o JSON request and response data

Handle basic automation logic such as:
o Triggers, conditions, loops
o Error handling and retries

Understand and work around API rate limits
Test, debug, and improve existing automation workflows
Document workflows clearly for internal use
Assist in implementing AI-based workflows using LLMs and SaaS tools

Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of how the internet works
Fundamental knowledge of:
o APIs (GET, POST requests)
o JSON
o Webhooks

Familiarity with at least one automation tool:
o n8n
o Make

Basic programming knowledge (Javascript or Python)
Ability to logically break down problems and workflows
Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools
Prior automation projects (personal or academic)
Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Basic knowledge of databases or spreadsheets
