About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in building intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, local models) to build conversational agents, RPA flows, and intelligent assistants.
• Integrate automation workflows using tools like Power Automate , UiPath , Make/Zapier , or custom Python scripts.
• Build scalable APIs and middleware for AI automation use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Fine-tune or customize AI models for specific use cases (text classification, document processing, summarization, etc.).
• Monitor automation performance and optimize for accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging AI automation frameworks, LLM capabilities, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in AI/ML , automation engineering , or software development .
• Strong proficiency in Python , including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, LangChain, or similar.
• Experience working with LLMs (GPT models, Llama, Claude, etc.).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience with automation platforms such as:
• Power Automate
• UiPath
• N8n /Zapier / Make
• Custom Python automation
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS) is a plus.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and model optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred

Good to Have

• Experience with OCR, document extraction, or RPA.
• Knowledge of MLOps / AI deployment pipelines.
• Experience with chatbot frameworks (Bot Framework, Rasa, Dialogflow).
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL systems.
