AI Architect Enterprise AI & GenAI

Were looking for a seasoned AI Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade AI, ML, and Generative AI platforms. This role will drive innovation using Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud-native architectures, building intelligent systems that power next-generation products.

What Youll Lead

AI / ML & GenAI Architecture

• Design end-to-end AI/ML & GenAI systems (ingestion deployment monitoring)
• Build scalable Lakehouse-based AI platforms (Databricks + Snowflake)
• Architect batch and real-time inference solutions

Feature Engineering & Data Foundations

• Develop standardized feature pipelines and reusable feature stores (online/offline)
• Enable governance, lineage, real-time streaming, and feature reusability

Databricks & Snowflake Ecosystem

• Lead ML workflows & lifecycle management (MLflow)
• Design optimized Snowflake models for AI/analytics
• Leverage Snowpark for advanced processing
• Optimize performance, scalability, cost, and security

RAG & Vector Architectures

• Architect enterprise-grade RAG pipelines (structured + unstructured data)
• Design ingestion, chunking, embedding & retrieval strategies
• Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Snowflake, Databricks Vector Search)
• Ensure relevance, observability & security

Agentic AI Systems

• Design autonomous, multi-agent architectures
• Implement reasoning workflows, memory, and guardrails
• Enable human-in-the-loop and observability

MLOps & LLMOps

• Define CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection & governance
• Establish evaluation frameworks & responsible AI practices

Cloud & Leadership

• Architect secure, scalable AI solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Mentor AI teams and serve as a technical thought leader
• Partner with product & business teams to deliver AI-driven impact

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience architecting enterprise AI platforms
• Hands-on with Databricks, Snowflake & cloud ecosystems
• Deep expertise in RAG, LLMs, vector databases & Agentic AI
• Strong foundation in feature engineering, MLOps & LLMOps
