Agile Coaching Opportunity | Multi-Team Delivery Environment

Were looking for an Agile Coach to help multiple delivery teams operate as a cohesive system, not silos. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, leadership, and organisational change within a structured, regulated environment.

Rather than focusing on one team, the coach will enable shared outcomes across many teams, strengthening alignment, flow, and decision-making at scale.

What the Role Involves

• Partnering with several Agile teams to improve collaboration, delivery rhythm, and predictability
• Coaching Product Owners and delivery leaders on prioritisation, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting coordination across teams by surfacing dependencies and delivery risks early
• Designing and facilitating multi-team sessions, planning events, and retrospectives (remote & hybrid)
• Helping organisations evolve Agile ways of working while respecting governance and compliance expectations
• Enabling teams to measure what matters and continuously improve over time

What Will Help You Succeed

• Solid experience coaching multiple Agile teams concurrently
• Comfort working beyond the team level influencing product, leadership, and operating models
• Strong facilitation presence in virtual and mixed-location settings
• Background in public sector or similarly regulated delivery environments
• Advanced Agile or enterprise-level coaching certification
• A practical, outcome-driven coaching style (not theory-heavy)

Engagement Overview

• Long-term engagement with potential extensions
• Mostly remote delivery, with occasional on-site facilitation sessions (Canada)
• Full-time capacity expected
• Market-competitive remuneration, based on experience
