Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves working on advanced AI-driven systems, LLM orchestration, and intelligent agents in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Python
• Build Agentic AI workflows for autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
• Develop scalable backend services to integrate GenAI capabilities
• Optimize AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost
• Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams
• Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and governance compliance
• Support PoCs, production rollouts, and continuous enhancements

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in GenAI / Agentic AI / Python
• Strong proficiency in Python (data structures, async programming, APIs)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents / multi-agent systems
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
