Job Position: AEM Forms Lead

Technical Responsibilities

Mandatory Skill AEM Forms, Adaptive Forms (AEM Forms experience should not be less than 4 Years)

Design and develop Adaptive Forms using AEM Forms.

Develop and manage Form Data Models (FDM) and integrate forms with backend systems.

Optimize performance of Adaptive Forms using features such as Lazy Loading.

Implement logical structuring and ensure reusability of form artifacts using Fragments.

Ensure best practices in AEM Forms development and deployment.

Leadership & Process Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the team on technology and technical solutions.

Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution design support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Non-Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills MUST

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams MUST

Solid experience working in SDLC environments MUST

High communication proficiency (verbal and written)

Ability to handle urgent requirements and tight timelines
