Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition - AdTech/MarTech professional at Nitro Commerce, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, cultivating and enhancing employer branding, conducting interviews, and sourcing the best candidates to meet organizational needs. The successful candidate will actively contribute to building a high-performing team that aligns with the company's vision and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and strong understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to effectively implement Hiring strategies and contribute to Employer Branding efforts
• Proficient in conducting candidate Interviews and evaluating talent
• Skills in Recruiting and maintaining a talent pipeline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in AdTech/MarTech recruitment is a must
• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
