Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ADP Workforce Now Implementation & Integration Consultant with 610 years of experience in implementing and integrating ADP Workforce Now HR and payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRIS implementations, payroll configuration, system integrations, and HR technology solutions.

This role involves leading end-to-end ADP Workforce Now implementations, designing integrations with third-party systems, and collaborating with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of ADP Workforce Now modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize ADP Workforce Now modules based on business requirements.
  • Perform data migration, payroll setup, and system configuration.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
  • Provide client training and post-implementation support.



Integration

  • Design and implement integrations between ADP Workforce Now and third-party systems such as HRIS, ERP, finance, benefits providers, and IT platforms.
  • Develop and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), SFTP-based interfaces, and middleware integrations.
  • Work with ADP APIs and ADP Marketplace integrations.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data discrepancies.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with HR, payroll, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise on ADP Workforce Now solutions.
  • Document integration architecture, system configuration, and implementation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, payroll regulations, and HR governance standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of HR technology solutions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 610 years of experience in HRIS implementations and integrations.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits).
  • Experience with HR and payroll integrations.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and file-based integrations.
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll processes, and HR data structures.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating ADP Workforce Now with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of ADP Marketplace integrations and ADP APIs.
  • Experience with data migration and large-scale HRIS implementations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • ADP Workforce Now or HRIS certifications (preferred).
