Role Purpose

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them through the admissions process to ensure high conversion and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, leads).
• Counsel students and parents on programs, eligibility, fees, and career pathways.
• Achieve monthly and annual admission conversion targets .
• Maintain accurate inquiry and follow-up records in CRM/MIS.
• Participate in admission drives, open houses, and counseling sessions.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in university admissions or counseling is preferred.
• Target-driven, empathetic, and student-centric.
• Comfortable working during peak admission cycles.
