Job Type - Full-Time

Required Experience - Freshers(We are not looking for experienced candidates )

Education Qualification - MBA in HR

Shift Timings - 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

*Note - This job requires travelling

Job Responsibilities:

• Administration - Maintain employee records(digital/physical), ensure compliances and assist in day to day operations. Maintain office supplies.
• Recruitment Support - Post job ads, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding and go on placement trips.
• Employee Relations - Address HR related queries and assist in policy implementation.
• Documentation & Coordination - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)
• Assistance- Provide assistance to the management and related teams.
• Pantry Management - Manage pantry related tasks.
• Vendor Management - Coordinate with external vendors for management related support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MS Office - Intermediate
• Recruitment Tools (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.) - Basic
• Communication- Excellent (written and verbal)
• Team Collaboration - Strong
• Time Management - Strong
