Administration Executive - Deepak Advance Materials Ltd - Savli

Role Objective:

To ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations at the site, including security management, housekeeping, transport, and vendor coordination, while supporting subordinates and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Management

• Monitor site security via physical surveillance, CCTV, and electronic systems.
• Investigate incidents (e.g., theft, accidents) and report findings.
• Implement preventive security measures and ensure policy compliance.

2. Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Management

• Lead emergency response efforts and coordinate with safety teams.
• Conduct fire and evacuation drills; train staff in crisis response.

3. Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain relationships with law enforcement, fire services, and local authorities.
• Engage with community stakeholders to foster a harmonious environment.

4. Administrative Oversight

• Manage housekeeping, gardening, pantry, transport, and uniform distribution.
• Ensure provision of essential services (water, pest control, waste management).
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure timely payments.

5. Training & Support

• Provide training and guidance to subordinates to ensure timely and complete task execution.

Performance Evaluation (KRA/KPIs):

• Training man-days per manpower
• Efficiency in vendor management and service delivery
• Incident reporting and resolution timelines
