Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Support internal team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory management
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
