This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Admin Head, based in Mumbai. The Admin Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning within the organization. This includes coordinating with teams, managing budgets, organizing resources, implementing effective planning strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also requires effective communication to address staff and client needs, as well as analytical oversight for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and address needs promptly.
• High-level Planning and Budgeting skills to manage resources efficiently and oversee departmental budgets.
• Analytical Skills to identify challenges, improve processes, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Experience in administrative management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies will be an advantage.
