Admin & Executive Assistant (Operations + Accounts Support)


Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Company: Myaar Globus

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month + performance incentives will be remunerated as per experience

The company works with universities, institutions, and partners to build ethical, outcome-driven international education pathways, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and long-term partnerships.

This role is not just admin support.

You will act as the central operations coordinator for the Mumbai office, ensuring:

  • Work is organized and tracked
  • Management is supported efficiently
  • Financial records are maintained accurately
  • Nothing falls through the cracks

You are the execution backbone of the office


Key Responsibilities:-

1. Executive & Management Support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Track tasks and follow-ups for leadership
  • Handle emails, communication, and coordination
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

You ensure management time is used efficiently

2. Operations & Office Control
  • Oversee day-to-day office functioning
  • Maintain all documentation, files, and records
  • Track tasks across teams (counsellors, admin, partnerships)
  • Ensure deadlines are met and follow-ups are done

You ensure nothing is missed

3. Accounting & Financial Tracking
  • Maintain expense records and reports
  • Track incoming payments and student fees
  • Assist with invoicing and vendor payments
  • Coordinate with accountant for reconciliation
  • Maintain basic MIS (monthly expense & revenue tracking)

You ensure financial discipline and visibility

4. Coordination Across Teams
  • Work with counsellors on student documentation
  • Support partnership and admissions processes
  • Coordinate between India, UAE, and Australia teams
  • Ensure smooth internal communication

You are the link between all functions


Performance Expectations ( KPI's)

You will be evaluated on:

  • Zero missed tasks / deadlines
  • Accuracy of financial records
  • Timely reporting (daily / weekly updates)
  • Office efficiency & coordination
  • Response time & communication quality

This is a performance-driven role, not just support


Qualifications

  • Experience in Admin / EA / Office Management roles
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and documentation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
