Role Overview

We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable (AR) professional in the Medical Billing domain. The role involves managing end-to-end AR functions with a blended process setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical billing Accounts Receivable tasks
• Follow up on unpaid/underpaid claims with insurance providers
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve denials
• Work on claim status checks, payment posting follow-ups, and appeals
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with healthcare billing guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks in a blended environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC / Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in AR Medical Billing (mandatory )
• Good understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle and AR workflows
• Basic communication and analytical skills

Work Details

• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
• Shift: As per business requirement

Compensation

• Salary: Up to 28,000 in-hand
• Salary will be based on qualification and relevant experience
