Accounts Payable - Vendor Reconciliation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI, along with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The role involves managing financial data, preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and supporting business decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Operations

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities

Vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and aging analysis

Invoice processing, payment tracking, and follow-ups

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Analyse financial data and highlight variances, trends, and insights

Create management dashboards for AP/AR, cash flow, and outstanding reports

Advanced Excel

Strong working knowledge of:

Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH

IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS

Data validation, conditional formatting

Power Query (preferred)

Automate reports and improve efficiency using Excel tools
