Accounts Payable Vendor Master Data – Process Associate - English – Remote Ro *

Responsibilities

Perform Vendor Master Data Management activities (vendor creation/extension/updates) using the VDM workflow tool according to the customer agreed procedures

Reception and verification of VMD requests

Check if the vendor form was accurately filled in and to build/modify the vendor in the VDM tool

Analyze completeness of VMD requests according to the SOP procedures

Initiating the vendor request and routing if for Procurement approval, if necessary

Collecting the documentation from the vendor containing all the information needed for the vendor to be implemented in the system

Answer supplier/ local business questions and advise

Build good rapport with clients/vendors, finance teams and category/commodity managers

Generating periodical and ad-hoc reports

Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts

Running efficiently internal / external customers & partners

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Good knowledge of English, min B2;

Accounting knowledge intermediate level;

Specific knowledge for the product delivered;

Communication skills;

• PC Skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Personal culture and client management expertise.

High motivation and ability to learn.

• Ability to work under time pressure.
