Accounts Manager

Key responsibilities for the role of Accounts Manager

1.Day-to-day accounting of transactions - recording financial transactions in the Zoho books. Transactions include sales, purchases, expenses, Bank, and other adjustment entries.

2.Prepare and issue GST E-Invoices to customers.

3.Prepare and file monthly GSTR1 & GSTR3B returns. Coordinating with consultants in filing GSTR9, 9C, and GST refund applications.

4.Withholding TDS from the vendor payments and filing quarterly TDS returns 24Q,26Q, and 27Q.

5.Monthly processing of payroll - Managing and processing employee salaries and resolving employee queries on salary and deductions.

6.Filing PF, PT, and ESI returns with respective authorities and ensure timely compliance.

7.Providing the required support to Auditors and external consultants for the timely completion of audits and periodical compliances.

8.Processing payments in the banking portal - Handling and executing payment transactions through the company's banking portal including payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.

9.Coordinate with banks for loan approvals, OD renewals, and filing monthly receivable statements for Cash credit facilities.

10.Issue subscription codes to customers.

Required skills and qualifications:

CA with relevant experience of 5+ Years in a similar role.

Relevant practical knowledge of accounting regulations & and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Hands-on experience with accounting software Zoho Books and Tally.

Prior experience with GreytHR or any other HRMS is desirable.

Working experience in advanced MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Work with cross-functional teams like Operations, HR, Sales, and Support to manage payroll and customer subscriptions.
