Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in maintaining books of accounts, managing statutory compliances, and coordinating with auditors. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, mandatory experience in Zoho Books, and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external

stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journals, ledgers, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for finalization of accounts and audit closures
• Manage GST-related activities including reconciliations, returns filing, and statutory compliance
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Handle TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements within prescribed timelines
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of financial records in Zoho Books
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and support business requirements
• Assist in process improvements and ensure adherence to accounting controls and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L, and Balance Sheet preparation
• Hands-on experience with GST reconciliation, BRS, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• Mandatory working experience with Zoho Books
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter candidates preferred)
• Experience working in a consulting, technology, or services organization is an added advantage
