Role Description

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including P&L and Balance Sheet management, statutory compliances (GST, TDS), and financial reporting. The role will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate books, timely compliance, and strong financial controls, especially within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain books of accounts across P&L and Balance Sheet
2. Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
3. Manage accounting for e-commerce / marketplace transactions
4. Perform reconciliations, month-end closing, and MIS reporting
5. Work on Zoho, Tally, and related accounting tools
6. Support audits and compliance requirements

Requirement:

1. 3+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance across P&L and BS both
2. 1-2 years minimum experience in ecommerce brand or marketplace
3. Knowledge of TDS, GST & statutory compliances.
4. Working knowledge of CS matters like Board Resolutions, Company Act etc.
5. Proficiency in accounting software like ZoHo and Tally
6. Strong knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, Power BI etc.)
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
8. Effective verbal and written communication
