Accounting Operations Specialist

As a member of the Financial Operations team, you will be responsible for assisting day-to-day operations for our global payroll and accounting departments.

Your main tasks will include data analysis, reconciliation, executing established standard procedures and

supporting international teams in multiple locations.

Job Duties:

Carry out the required reconciliation from enterprise system(s) and external vendor systems.

Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of data templates to facilitate payroll processing for

various global countries.

Superior customer service delivery when communicating with associates and resolving inquiries.

Responsible for preparation of various schedules impacting the accounting month-end close and

reporting.

Monitor and support month-end, quarter end and year-end close processes.

Prepare and update documentation, mapping, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes

as needed.

Pro-actively and consistently identify and drive opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

Adhere to established governance practices, ensuring regular compliance.

Job Requirements:

Completed bachelors degree or four-year equivalent. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is

an advantage.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or data analysis.

Fluent in English. Must have at least business-level command of English or better. Other language

fluency is a plus.

High proficiency with Microsoft applications is required especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to work with international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to

different cultures.

Ability to work varied shifts when needed to match the Shared Services requirements during critical

periods of month end close, new transitions or strategic projects.
