We are hiring an Operations & Accounts Intern who will support daily business functioning across:

• Accounts & finance coordination
• Inventory and order operations
• Vendor coordination
• Documentation and compliance tracking
• Internal process execution

This role is the backbone of execution.

You will work closely with the founder and operations team to ensure things run smoothly.

• Track expenses, invoices, and payments
• Maintain basic financial records in sheets/software
• Coordinate with CA for GST, compliance, and filings
• Assist in reconciliation of transactions
• Prepare simple reports when required
  

• Support order processing and dispatch coordination
• Track inventory movement and stock data
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners
• Maintain vendor records and purchase details
• Monitor operational timelines and follow-ups
  

• Maintain organized business documents
• Track agreements, bills, and receipts
• Help build internal SOPs and tracking systems
• Support ERP / tools implementation when needed
  

• Follow up with team members for tasks
• Help ensure deadlines are met
• Provide operational clarity where required
