TheEthnic.Co is a fast-growing D2C mens ethnic wear brand, building a modern Indian fashion label with a strong focus on quality, design, and customer experience. We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to join our core team and manage day-to-day financial operations.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow with a startup and work closely with the founder.

As our in-house Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, including:

• Maintaining daily bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally
• Managing petty cash and daily cash flow
• Handling vendor payments, reconciliations, and accounts payable
• Managing and tracking accounts receivable
• Processing payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions
• Preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT) reports
• Coordinating with external CA firms and consultants as required
• Supporting audits, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Creating financial summaries and investor reports

Must-Haves:

• 12 years of hands-on experience using Tally
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
• Good working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, reports)
• Understanding of Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PT)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Organized, process-driven, and deadline-focused

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Experience working with a D2C or e-commerce brand
• Exposure to marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
