Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at The Shap restaurants located in Kozhikode. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, preparing reports for management, and assisting in audits. The Accountant will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment and support business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting
• Experience with Tax Compliance and Financial Reporting
• Skills in using Accounting Software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certification such as CPA is preferred
