This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial reports, overseeing daily accounting transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing tax returns, conducting audits, managing budgets, and supporting financial forecasting processes. The role demands effective communication and collaboration with organizational teams and external stakeholders.

• Financial and Accounting skills, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable management, and financial reporting expertise
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Analysis tools to determine costs and forecasts
• Understanding of Taxation, Audit processes, and Regulatory Compliance
• Knowledge of Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent software)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in the Greater Bengaluru Area
• Experience in asset management or recovery operations is a plus
