Accountant, Regional Accounting

How You Will Contribute: 
 

You will be assigned to work under Regional Accounting team and will be responsible to support accounting matters within APJ.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting. Preparation of standard financial and operational functions (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, Budgeting and Forecasting, Monthly End Closing and Variance Analysis etc.)
• Ensure compliance with various statutory and tax regulations
• Supervise outsourcing partners
• Special Projects as assigned

Must Have:

• Degree educated ideally in Accountancy and hold a professional qualification
• Three to five years experience in Accounting/Finance with multi-national company preferable

Preferred Qualifications

• PC literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience with Oracle or large ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

• Experience supporting statutory audits, tax audits, and preparation of indirect tax and Corporate Income Tax ;

• Experience with US GAAP and STAT reporting preferable

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries on revenue and AR invoicing etc arising from audits or local book preparation.
