Job Description


Accountant

The accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books, including

data migration, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. The role

requires hands-on experience in Zoho Books, successful migration from Tally to Zoho,

handling at least one complete financial year with audit, and prior exposure to IT company

accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books

Migrate accounting data from Tally to Zoho Books with accuracy if/when required

Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations

Handle GST computation and return filing

Manage TDS entries, deductions, and filings

Handle PT compliance and Form 16 preparation

Coordinate payroll inputs and share PF & ESIC data with vendors

Manage accounts payable & receivable

Support month-end and year-end closing

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries

Coordinate and support internal/external audits

Verify petty cash bills and employee expense claims

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books

Experience in migrating data from Tally to Zoho Books

Handled at least one complete Financial Year accounting cycle

Experience in audit handling and coordination

Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, AP/AR, bank reconciliation

Experience in payroll coordination

Prior experience in an IT/software services company (preferred)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and time-management skills

Terms and condition for candidate:


1) Additionally, if any candidate is shortlisted, they must sign an agreement with us

for a duration of 15 months, which includes 3 months of probation followed by 12

months as a full-time employee.

2) If he/she breaks the agreement during this period, a penalty of 2.5 lakh will be

applicable.

3) The candidate is required to submit either their original degree certificate or

12th LC for job security purposes. We will provide a confirmation letter on

company letterhead clearly stating that the document is taken only for job

security purposes and will be returned once the term is completed.
