Job Title: Accountant

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Software Knowledge: Tally (Mandatory) , Rednote (Optional)

Job Description / Scope of Work:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally software to handle end-to-end accounting operations. Knowledge of Rednote accounting software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain purchase invoices , sales invoices, debit/credit notes in Tally
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) vendor bills, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding follow-up
• Perform regular payment follow-ups with customers and vendors
• Maintain ledger accounts , journal entries, cash book, and bank book
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Handle payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and salary disbursement
• Maintain employee payroll records and related documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries as required by management
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accuracy of accounting records

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• 35 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Rednote software is optional / added advantage
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and payment follow-up skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
