Accountant

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant with strong knowledge of the US accounting system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounts for US-based clients and be proficient in cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero .

• Maintain and manage accurate books of accounts for US clients
• Perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
• Record and classify transactions in accordance with US accounting standards (GAAP)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Coordinate with CPAs/tax professionals for tax filings and compliance
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US accounting or bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of the US accounting system and GAAP
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Xero
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience working with US-based clients
• Knowledge of payroll processing and sales tax compliance
• Prior experience in an offshore accounting environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
