The Role

Position: Accountant & Admin Assistant

Location: Kannuru, Hennur-Bagalur Road, North Bangalore

Type: Full-Time

Timings: MonSat | 9 AM 6 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

What Youll Do

• Track payments, receivables, and expenses using accounting software (Tally)
• Generate and maintain invoices, receipts, and bill records
• Prepare data for monthly statutory filings
• Provide timely reports on account status and cash flow
• Support administrative tasks and internal operations as needed
• Help create systems that support a growing changemaker ecosystem

What You Bring

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 23 years of accounting/admin experience
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office tools
• Clear, confident communication in English
• Strong organization and follow-through
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Bonus If You Have

• Experience working in a school or NGO setting
• Interest in being part of a purpose-driven, collaborative team
