- Design and implement strategic engagement programs that drive packaging innovation
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to expand sustainable packaging adoption
- Collaborate across teams to create compelling value propositions for potential partners
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or sustainability initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Intermediate Mandarin language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability or Business Administration
- Experience in supply chain transformation projects
- Advanced Mandarin language certification
- Knowledge of packaging technology and environmental regulations
- Previous work in cross
- cultural business environments
