Job Description
Join Tundra Technical Solutions in Bangalore and support a leading US-based product client specialising in intelligent data infrastructure, cloud data services, and data management solutions.
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 712 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen relationships with client hiring managers
Expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
Act as the primary POC for onboarded candidates
Conduct client visits to drive engagement and long-term partnerships
Maintain staffing databases and HRIS updates
Analyse hiring trends and CTC benchmarks via job portals & LinkedIn
Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups
Bridge communication between clients and internal teams
Continuously improve processes for sustainable growth
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years in client engagement/program management (staffing preferred)
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience working with ATS tools
Immediate joiners highly preferred
