(US Staffing Direct Client & MSP Focus)

: US Shift (EST) - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager - Sales with a strong background in the US staffing industry. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with direct clients and MSP partners, driving new business opportunities, and working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure consistent service quality and revenue growth.


Manage and grow relationships with direct clients and MSP accounts

Act as the primary contact for client communication and account management

Identify workforce needs and recommend suitable staffing solutions

Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive engagement

Identify and acquire new direct clients and MSP partnerships

Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, and deal closures

Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for requirement fulfillment

Track account performance and share sales insights with leadership


Experience in US staffing sales and account management

Understanding of direct client engagement and MSP programs

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills

Ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in US staffing sales with direct clients and MSP programs

Demonstrated track record in account growth and revenue generation


US Shift (EST): 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Work from Office - Noida, Sector-62
