Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in staffing and recruitment . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing client accounts, handling end-to-end recruitment, and working closely with delivery teams to meet client hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key client accounts within the staffing domain
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure strong relationships
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely closures
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts
• Track hiring metrics, submissions, interviews, and closures
• Ensure compliance with staffing processes and client SLAs
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in a staffing/recruitment firm
• Strong understanding of IT / Non-IT staffing processes
• Experience handling multiple clients and high-volume hiring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with contract and permanent staffing models
• Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) is a plus
