Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager Client Servicing to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience handling multiple clients in an agency environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative and digital teams.
• Coordinate with creative, content, media, and performance teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and client expectations are met across all deliverables.
• Present campaign ideas, reports, and updates to clients.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and budgets.

• 25 years of experience in client servicing / account management in an advertising or digital agency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
• Highly organized and solution-oriented.
