Account Lead

Total Experience : 4-6 years

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Project Management and Client Services.

Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.

Prior agency experience and working with a huge brand is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and requirements.

Client Satisfaction: Proactively measure and evaluate client satisfaction levels. Implement strategies to continually improve client experience and exceed expectations.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and successful outcomes.

Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in all interactions with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and any potential roadblocks to relevant parties to ensure transparency and alignment.

Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and align with the client's expectations.
