Role Summary:

Job title: Group Head Account Management (Creative Digital)

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Lead relationships with key digital clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Guide clients with datadriven recommendations and integrated digital strategies across social, content, media, influencers, CRM, and performance channels.
• Oversee endtoend campaign delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution and highquality output.
• Manage and develop account teams through coaching, feedback, and capability building.
• Foster a collaborative, processdriven environment focused on excellence in client servicing and project management.
• Monitor account health, address risks early, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications & Requisite Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, content, performance marketing, and digital strategy.
• Proven experience leading client accounts and managing end-to-end digital campaigns.
