Account Executive

Job Title: Executive-Accounts

Industry preferred: Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Key responsibilities

Daily accounting operations: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, TDS, GST, Auditing and releasing authorized payments.

Bookkeeping and reconciliation: Perform bookkeeping, including preparing and entering journal entries and conducting monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

Client communication: Interact directly with clients and internal teams via email and phone during the business hours to follow up for SOA collection & confirmation, address queries and provide timely updates.

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate joiner.

Candidates with 23 years of accounting experience.

Experience working in a freight forwarding / Logistics / Shipping Industry is most preferred.

Qualifications and skills

Adaptable to work through ERP systems.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Adequate written and verbal communication skills in English to communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while working.
