Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) looking to transition into an Account Executive (AE) role. As an AE at Amoga, you will lead the sales cycle from initial engagement to closure, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth. The role is remote-first with in-person meetings with key customers to foster deeper connections and understand their needs better.
Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Management & Lead EngagementOwn the sales cycle: Engage with leads generated by the SDR team and convert them into paying customers.
Conduct high-impact discovery calls to identify customer needs and demonstrate how Amogas solutions add value.
Ensure seamless communication and follow-up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Customer MeetingsOccasionally meet with customers in person to strengthen relationships and gain insights into their business challenges.
Present tailored product demonstrations to showcase Amoga's solutions effectively.
Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with SDRs to refine lead hand-off processes and enhance collaboration.
Share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.
Target AchievementMeet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the teams overall revenue goals.
Track and report on key metrics, including conversion rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle duration.
Market InsightsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications2-3 Years of experience in Account Manager Role ,outbound lead generation, SDR roles, or SaaS sales.
Exposure to full-cycle sales processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong sales acumen with a knack for identifying customer pain points and aligning them with solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable handling a hybrid work environment with a mix of remote and in-person customer interactions.
