We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive Client Servicing to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling skills, agency exposure, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate between internal creative, content, media and production teams
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations
• Prepare briefs, presentations and campaign reports
• Support campaign execution and ensure smooth day-to-day account operations
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to client retention

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management in a creative, digital or marketing agency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and brand communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
