We are looking for a reliable Accounts & Admin Executive who can manage financial coordination, administrative tasks, and support smooth project execution.

Accounts & Finance

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project-wise costing
• Generate work orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• Track client payments and follow up on outstanding dues
• Maintain records of expenses, vendor bills, and payments
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic compliance

Admin & Coordination

• Coordinate with clients regarding payments, documents, and approvals
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for quotations, PIs, and deliveries
• Negotiate and bargain prices with vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain project files, contracts, and records in an organized manner
• Support management with reports and day-to-day office administration

• Minimum 1 yearExperience in accounts/admin role
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimates, and work orders
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, email communication
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines

• 17000 - 20000 per month
