About the Role

We are looking for a hands-onAccounts Executive to join ouroperations team . This role requires end-to-end ownership of daily accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintaindaily books of accounts (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals)
• Record transactions accurately inTally
• Manage invoices, expenses, vendor payments, and supporting documents
• Ensure clean and audit-ready books at all times

Statutory Compliances

• Prepare and fileGST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
• HandlePF & ESIC returns , challans, and employee data
• ManageTDS computation and quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Preparemonthly statutory compliance reports
• Track compliance calendars and statutory due dates

Reconciliation & Reporting

• PerformBank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• ReconcileGST, TDS, and ledger balances
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare basic MIS and summaries for management

Coordination & Ownership

• Coordinate with externalCA, consultants, and auditors
• Respond to statutory notices, queries, and audit requirements
• Take ownership of compliance trackers and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter/ CMA-Interor equivalent
• 03 yearsof experience in accounting & compliances
• (strong freshers may be considered)
• Hands-on experience withTally (ERP 9 / Prime)
• Strong working knowledge ofMS Excel
• Practical understanding ofGST, PF, ESIC, and TDS
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
