As a part of your team, you will

• provide end user support for Access Requests, Recertifications, Identity and Access Management Automation platforms
• participate in operational testing of enhancements and new features of AG&O platforms in UAT environment. Support and execute PROD releases of AG&O applications
• work collaboratively with internal/external teams, always focusing on the best approach for the bank.
• managing knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
• coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Security department within Technology Services. Within Security, you’ll be part of a global AG&O Security Operations team and responsible for all aspects of production support. We are a diverse global team who work well independently and in collaboration to ensure best practices and security principles are applied to our service. We are from all walks of life and different backgrounds, but our common passion is security.

Your expertise

• bachelor degree or equivalent focusing on IT security or Identity and Access Management
• overall 8+ and ideally 4 years of experience in a similar position focused on IT production support or development, financial sector background would be a plus
• interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• analytical, logical and enjoy solving problems
• excellent communicator, able to adapt style and detail to the audience
• working knowledge of products and technologies like Service Now, MS Azure, MS SQL, PowerShell
• understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management
