Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Mentorship & Holistic Growth

• Cultivate trusting, supportive relationships with students to guide their academic and personal journeys.
• Design and lead engaging extracurricular activities and clubs that promote well-rounded development.
• Act as a liaison between teachers and counselors to resolve conflicts and implement student-focused interventions.

2. Academic Strategy & Support

• Actively monitor learning curves, identifying performance gaps and providing timely academic support.
• Conduct regular assessments to gauge curriculum mastery and student engagement.
• Partner with the instructional team to create customized learning plans for students needing extra assistance.

3. Parent Partnership & Communication

• Maintain an open, proactive line of communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Facilitate parent-teacher conferences and meetings to align on goals and address challenges.
• Empower parents with actionable strategies to support their childs learning at home.

4. Data Insights & Reporting

• Manage meticulous records of attendance, grades, and behavioral trends.
• Analyze performance data to generate insightful reports for school leadership and families.
• Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) and educational tech tools to ensure data-driven decision-making.
